Each session is guided through simple movement and breath awareness, designed to be accessible for all levels. Whether you are beginning or returning, the practice offers a calm and inclusive space to build ease, awareness, and connection at your own pace. Offered as weekly open sessions, the Community Path allows you to join as you feel called, with no minimum commitment. Each 30-minute session provides a simple way to build consistency, creating a shared rhythm of wellbeing over time. Community Path follows a pay-what-you-can model, allowing each participant to contribute in a way that feels comfortable. Contributions from those who are able help sustain the space and support others to join, keeping the practice open, inclusive, and shared.
