Wellbeing deepens when it is shared. Community Path creates an open and welcoming space to move, breathe, and reconnect both with yourself and with others, in a gentle and supportive environment.​ Each session is guided through simple movement and breath awareness, designed to be accessible for all levels. Whether you are beginning or returning, the practice offers a calm and inclusive space to build ease, awareness, and connection at your own pace.​ Offered as weekly open sessions, the Community Path allows you to join as you feel called, with no minimum commitment. Each 30-minute session provides a simple way to build consistency, creating a shared rhythm of wellbeing over time.​ Community Path follows a pay-what-you-can model, allowing each participant to contribute in a way that feels comfortable. Contributions from those who are able help sustain the space and support others to join, keeping the practice open, inclusive, and shared.​
